Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

Ready-to-Wear Items
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-Measure / Custom-Made Items
Delivery timelines are agreed individually, as each piece is created exclusively for you. You will be informed in detail at the time of ordering or during your fitting appointment.

All delivery times are indicative and may be affected by periods of high demand or unforeseen shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

• the destination

• the weight and volume of the order

• the total price of the order

For special or international shipments, customised shipping fees may apply.

Courier Services

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partner ELTA. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the local authorities of the destination country.
